ABOUT THIS ITEM
The inclusion of Bitters into the diet are so important- not only do they improve digestion and get bile moving- they nourish the endocrine system (the glands in your body responsible for basically every function of the human body)- improving overall health, ignite the digestive fire, get the salivary glands moving aiding in the break down of proteins in food, and help to reset digestive patterns.
Adding digestive bitters to the diet helps relieve stomach pain, relieves gas and bloating, helps to curb sugar cravings, relives heartburn and nausea, can regulate blood sugar levels, and will even make your skin healthy and glowing.
Humans evolved eating bitter flavors, yet with the development of the food industry, the bitter flavor is one that has become undesirable, so it is beneficial to add a bitter flavored supplement to your normal diet to improve health.
The flavor of this elixir is, well, bitter, but also very floral and with a touch of sweetness, so note that you may not completely enjoy the way it tastes, and that's OK, the flavor will grow on you, and if you're like me, you will begin to love it.
Take one full dropper, on your tongue, before each meal. Ideally 20 minutes before, but it is ok to take it right before you eat.
You can also dd 20-30 drops to your favorite cocktail creations (or alcohol free spritzers), sparkling water, juice, smoothies, baked goods, or whatever creations you can dream up.
