ABOUT THIS ITEM
This lip balm is used to buff away dead skin and leave lips smooth and smoothable.
This is not a typical lip balm because of the low wax content, although it is smooth and not at all sticky, it will not leave a long lasting lip balm feel but is perfect for applying before you apply lipstick and before bed or really whenever you want- it just does not leave a glide on the lips for a long while.
