ABOUT THIS ITEM
Adrenal fatigue is very common- especially in women- and especially in mothers. It is a depletion in the adrenal glands (the hypothalamus and pituitary), causing them to function below the normal and ideal level. The main cause of adrenal fatigue is dealing with consistent stressors, it can also be caused by immune stress, illness, imbalanced gut flora, and general depletion.
Some symptoms of adrenal fatigue include:-trouble sleeping and waking (and not feeling rested)- feeling overwhelmed -irritability -anxiety -depression -weight fluctuations (up or down) -low energy -feeling more awake after 6pm then during the day -hormonal imbalances -hypertension -sluggish digestion -inflammation -decreased sex drive -etc...
When in adrenal burnout stimulating herbs can exasperate the burnout feeling- giving you a short burst of energy and leaving you even more depleted afterwards. This blend is perfect for those trying to restore natural energy levels.
I crafted this blend after fighting with adrenal fatigue myself and working with many herbal clients who suffer from adrenal fatigue as well. It is gentle enough to be taken daily and long term, but effective and powerful. It is safe to take while nursing and while pregnant (1/2 dose if you are having a normal and complication free pregnancy). It will nourish the support the adrenals to help them work at their optimum level.
