ABOUT THE ITEM
Magnesium is an essential nutrient for cell growth, function, and regeneration. Most people are deficient in Magnesium without realizing it. It is hard to get Magnesium from food sources as the soil is depleted from so many generations of farming the land. Magnesium is more easily absorbed transdermally (through the skin) then it is from food sources.
Some signs of magnesium deficiency in the body include:
- sleep issues (trouble falling asleep, insomnia, and trouble waking)
- anxiety
- pain
-hypertension
-migraines
-memory issues
-postpartum depression
-muscle cramps
-muscle tics
-depression
Using a magnesium oil or cream has been shown to:
-improve energy
-allow relaxation
-help the body absorb calcium and vitamin D
-boost serotonin levels in the brain
-reduce lactic acid (thus improving muscle pain)
-reduce acid reflux
-balance pH of the body (alkalize)
-strengthen bones
This spray may tingle when you apply it, this is because your body is depleted in this a macro-mineral, meaning it is one of 6 minerals your body needs in large quantities (others include sodium, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, and chloride), and because it opens the pores and brings blood flow to the surface of the skin, which is beneficial for the absorption of the brine.
TO USE
>spray 2-8 pumps on feet and legs before bed (best if used after a shower because pores are open). Wash hands after applying and do not get into eyes or open cuts (it will sting).
